God recognizes when we need help. And sometimes our friends or others are the catalysts to completing what God is doing in us. When we get busy about our assignments from God, He will furnish supplies and assistants. He is faithful to give us all that is required when we need it. His timing is impeccable.
I now know I wasn’t ready for a mate like I thought I was. And even now I question if I’m ready. If I am to be the “good thing” that God says a wife will be for her husband, I have some issues that need working on in order to not make God a liar. Thankfully, God wants to transform you and me and give us new names in preparation for the work we will do and the alliances we will form for Him. Yes, some of us need more refining than others. As we let God do His work, in the fullness of time everything will fall into place. And all the pieces will fit perfectly! We’ll have no questions about which paths we should take. Our dreams—be they mates, careers, or opportunities—will match our assignments and not be a distraction from God’s purposes for us. All will be settled and work together for good.
