Think about this! 
Your habits affect your life more than you can imagine. Your habits affect your health, your finance, your friends, your lifestyle, your marriage, your choices, etc. If I know your habits, then I have an idea of where you are headed. This is something you must control and not leave to chance. Imagine driving at about 120 Miles Per hour, and you let go of the steering, your car will definitely go off the road. Similarly, your body if not under subjection will opt for the wrong habits. The moment you can successfully cultivate the right habits, like waking up early to pray like Jesus did (Mark 1:35), meditating on the word day and night (Joshua 1:8), going to fellowship with other brethren in church (Hebrews 10:25), confessing the word of God (Hebrews 10:23), just to mention a few your life will change for good! 
Be deliberate about your life! Start NOW!
