Are you investing in yourself ?
One of the most important factors to your growth is your nutrition. First you must realize and acknowledge that you are a spirit, with a soul, living in a body. The part of you that you do not feed will not grow. Be deliberate about how you feed your Spirit. You must abide in the word of God; let the word be implanted in your spirit. The way you feel when you haven’t eaten for a while is the same way your spirit feels starved when you do not feed it. Also feed your mind. It is your responsibility to develop yourself. Get the necessary education to enable you pursue your assignment, look for materials that will help you get more knowledge, and keep you inspired.
Your anointing peaks at the level of your revelation. The gifts God has given you are crude; you must make an effort to refine them. The gifts usually come in the form of potentials, it is your responsibility to transform them into skills and then use them for your assignment. Maybe it is time for you to take a course, read new books, travel more for exposure, learn a new language, add an extra hour to your study time or just do new things to increase your competence. Be the best version of yourself you can be. Preparation is greater than strength.
