You are stronger than you know.

Do you rebuke or nurture your fear?  
Are you afraid of changing your job, or starting your own company?  Feel the fear and do it anyway.  Are you afraid of leaving an abusive partnership, thinking that you will never find love again?  Bravely choose a better future for yourself and do it anyway.  
Feel the fear and protect yourself, love yourself and challenge yourself anyway!
When you commit to making positive changes in your life, fear will rear it’s head.  But run through it like the ghost it is!  
You’ve shed enough tears over that which scares you.  You have suffered enough in the darkness, living only a shadow of the life which was meant for you.  Live with courage; live with greater purpose.  As Nelson Mandela reminds us, “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.  The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”
