What exercise does to your body, reading does to your mind. You can remember so many of your friends who weren't physically built, but they took up the challenge, started working out, eating right and living healthy. Now they have transformed, they have a physically fit and perfectly toned body. Same also your mind! The quickest way to transformation is a continuous mind renewal. You must change the things you feed your mind with. Set gates and boundaries around the kind of content you consume and the people you give access to. The difference between you today and in five (5) years is the information you consume and the people who influence you. The best content with the greatest transformational power is the word! You need to be hooked on the word. Read, listen, watch and even talk about the word! Get the word in as much as you can, but don't stop there, live the word, let it be obvious to people that you are word compliant and declare the word! That is how your transformation will occur and become apparent to all!
