Your expectation represents your faith. If the devil wants to make a child of God grounded, he sends doubt to you, which changes your expectation. Your greatest enemy is whoever/whatever is feeding you with doubt. The moment you start walking in doubt or you become mundane as a child of God, you are under attack.

No matter what God wants to do for you, your expectations have a major role to play in the realization. 

For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off (Proverbs 23:18 KJV). Whatever the situation is, there is an end, but your expectation determines how it will end. Your expectation can handcuff God. Stop placing a limit on God’s ability. Believe Him for the best, Hope for the best and expect the best!
